Sweet citrus, Hazelnut, Chocolate butter. Medium to low acidity with smooth mouthfeel. In Hohaiyan espresso, it taste balance and very rich sweetness like toffee. When making with milk, the citrus-like flavor is obvious and complex.

We roast freshly coffee every week. The spot coffees are shipped within 3 working days. When out of stock, we would shipment within 5 working days. Thanks for your patience.
We suggest that coffee beans could be matured for at least 7 days, and waked up for 3 hours before unpacking. It is good to storage coffee at the cool and dry place and be finished drinking within 30 days after unpacking.
It is purely normal for getting some oily surface of beans in the stable storage environment and before expiration date. The product has been insured with AIG Taiwan 10 million dollars of liability insurance.
