Bright acidity with smooth and delicate mouthfeel like juice.

Alcoholic Natural, is also a branch of anaerobic process.
The freshly picked coffee cherries would be packed in sealed bags with extra water added,
so the cherries got soften and got pressed.
After anaerobic process for 240 hours, the water would be drained, and continued on drying the cherries.
It is called 'alcoholic' because the locals see the drained water as alcohol.
